- Payment information — processed securely by our payment partner; Zesify does not store your full card details
- Location — approximate location, to show nearby salons and estimate arrival for home services

- To process and manage your bookings
- To share the minimum necessary details (your name, contact, address) with the salon or professional you've booked, once confirmed
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and important account notifications
- To improve the platform and, in future, offer personalised recommendations
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We don't share your contact details with a salon or professional until you've actually booked with them.
4. Data security
Your data is stored with industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled by our certified payment partner, not stored directly on Zesify's servers.
5. Your choices
- You can update or delete your account information at any time from your profile
- You can opt out of promotional communications while still receiving booking-related updates
